Help us campaign today for a better tomorrow!
Every time a peaceful and fair election takes place, we all win! Tonight, we had that. I’m so excited to be a part of the best city in the world with the best people. We have voted in a fantastic group of people to lead our city into the future. Congratulations to them and congratulations to all of us. Go democracy. Despite how some in the media interpret things, I never once felt like I was running against 34 other candidates; I felt like I was running WITH 34 other candidates. We are all on the same team and we are all trying to make Cincinnati the best it can possibly be. That’s exciting to me. Now, it is up to us to simply hold our wonderful new leaders accountable and to the high standards we expect as Cincinnatians. I am excited to announce that I plan to run again in the future. Goodnight and go Cincinnati!
As seen on America's longest-running television program, "Meet the Press".
The expectations I have for our city are very high, and I believe you should have very high expectations in your leadership.
I have made the decision NOT to ask for or accept any donations or contributions of any kind to my campaign.
I have no political party affiliation. I simply love and respect all of my fellow Cincinnatian friends.
Since 2006, Andrew has been working in the private sector. His vision is simple: “It’s about working to bring people together to solve problems. It’s about gathering input from all areas of our community so no one feels unheard.”
Speaking face to face with hundreds of Cincinnatians throughout my campaign in Cincinnati parks and neighborhoods has educated me more than any poll or media outlet can. Issues vary from place to place and they can be deeply emotional. The decisions made at city hall can have a very deep, profound, and long-lasting impact on Cincinnati residents. I certainly don’t know all the answers. However, I do know that treating people with respect on a daily basis, listening, learning, building trust, and empowering others to achieve success are the most important things I can do as a servant of the people of Cincinnati. A platform is something you stand on. Doing that, is the only thing that will hold up over time. Please explore the website navigation bar to discover precisely where I stand on "The Issues". If you have questions about where I stand, please reach out to me via the "Get Involved" page.
In my private sector experience, I have seen how bold leadership and no-nonsense approaches can move mountains. I want to work to improve the lives of Cincinnatians and balance the needs of our community. We need to be kind to one another. We need to be smart and respectful with our precious tax dollars. It is that simple. However, holding our leadership accountable and getting it right for our future, is of vital importance to me. I invite you to hold me to your highest standard too. I will work to exceed your expectations. I am always working to discover positive new perspectives on every issue that lays before us. It is the greatest joy of my life to listen to Cincinnatians, and work to make Cincinnati even better than it already is.
We are all in this together. We all want a thriving community. Let’s build it together. Let’s connect. Drop me a line on our 'Get Involved' page to ask questions or provide comments and feedback. I want to hear from you. Let's take Cincinnati to the next level. I am looking forward to serving you as a member of council in our great city of Cincinnati. Thanks to all of the many volunteers and supporters help to make this campaign happen. I am blown away by the support. Our journey beginning. It is up to us to bring about the positive change we want to see. What an exciting time it is for our city. Go Cincinnati!
What does Issue 3 propose?
Issue 3 consists of eight measures in one amendment that, if passed by voters, would be enshrined in the city charter. They include:
Why so many in one amendment?
They are all tied together. It is all aimed at eliminating opportunities for corruption and better government for the city. I am an independent with no party loyalty. This is great for the people of Cincinnati.
Who is for Issue 3?
I am. Also, the Hamilton County Republican Party has endorsed issue 3 saying it was "the only true reform initiative." I agree. Party politics aside, this is great for Cincinnati. Vote yes on Issue 3.
